We use fresh, local ingredients, including many produced on our own land, our Pecorino Sardo cheese, for instance, typical Carasau bread, our biollogically rised lamb, porceddu: a traditional pork dish. All accompanied by Canonau wine and Sebadas dessert, covered in honey.
